Topfinex is a demonstration platform. Account balances, market data, bonuses and trade outcomes are provided for evaluation and educational purposes and do not represent real money, real orders routed to a regulated venue, or any binding financial relationship.

No content on the platform should be relied upon as financial advice or a recommendation to enter into any transaction.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the platform.

Access may be restricted or unavailable in certain countries or regions in accordance with our policy engine and applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate identity information and complete any verification (KYC) steps we request. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or breach these terms.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping data at scale, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

You may not use the platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or circumvent sanctions or trade restrictions.

Trading leveraged products such as CFDs carries a high risk of rapid loss. You acknowledge that you have read and understood our Risk Disclosure.

Past performance and demonstration results are not indicative of future results.

All content, trademarks, software and design on the platform are owned by or licensed to Topfinex and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Topfinex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
